Motorola provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for MCL-Collection for MT2000 products OEM’d by Motorola. In the event that Tier 3 support is required to resolve a customer issue, Motorola escalates the given issue to MCL Technologies for assistance with issue resolution. Motorola maintains ownership of the issue until it is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

As it is factory embedded, licensed and ready for use out of the box, MCL-Client for MT2070 is exclusive to Motorola. Therefore any Support requests for this component must go through Motorola.

For any other customer support request regarding MCL-Collection for MT2000, customers are advised to register and submit a ticket via the MCL Technologies Support Center.
